EnCompass is proud to introduce an exciting new project, as part of our organizational commitment to strengthening organizations’ and individuals’ capacity to use evidence to address the challenges of tomorrow.

Through two decades of work in learning, leadership, and organizational development, we have seen a growing demand for high-quality online training. And, we have heard from many groups and individuals who desire to build their skills, but cannot always travel to in-person workshops to do so.

Now, through the EnCompass Learning Center, we are thrilled to offer a series of courses from renowned leaders in evaluation and organizational learning.

Registration is already open for our first two courses:

• Appreciative Evaluation (January 2020), led by Tessie Catsambas and Stewart Donaldson
• Principles-Focused Evaluation (February 2020), led by Michael Quinn Patton

Coming soon:

• Using Interviews to Enhance Evaluation Practice (April 2020)
• Facilitating Evaluation (May 2020)
