Introducing the EnCompass Learning Center!

EnCompass is proud to introduce an exciting new project, as part of our organizational commitment to strengthening organizations’ and individuals’ capacity to use evidence to address the challenges of tomorrow.

Through two decades of work in learning, leadership, and organizational development, we have seen a growing demand for high-quality online training. And, we have heard from many groups and individuals who desire to build their skills, but cannot always travel to in-person workshops to do so.

Now, through the EnCompass Learning Center, we are thrilled to offer a series of courses from renowned leaders in evaluation and organizational learning.

Beeta Shadman Tahmassebi, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, oversees a portfolio of EnCompass projects, including projects related to: Institutional Support Contracting; Innovation and Design; and Organizational Support. In addition, she serves as the Executive Director for the EnCompass Learning Center (ELC), a globally renowned training academy that provides best in class courses on evaluation and leadership development. Ms. Tahmassebi is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in evaluation, capacity strengthening, communications, and operations management. In addition to her work at EnCompass, she has served on the Boards of Washington Evaluators and the American Evaluation Association. Ms. Tahmassebi holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
