EnCompass worked with the newly formed IDEA to integrate teams from what were previously six separate offices. A one-day retreat followed a survey, interviews with the senior leadership team, and focus groups to help launch the new Office. EnCompass also offered recommendations for managing culture change as the Office grows and implements its mission.
