MEL Associate



Randi Rumbold is a MEL Associate on the Technical Assistance and Evaluation team. Prior to joining EnCompass, Ms. Rumbold was a Project Manager for four years on USAID-funded global health evaluation activities. Ms. Rumbold also spent time as an M&E Specialist with The Aurum Institute in South Africa through the Peace Corps Response program and served as a community health volunteer for two years for Peace Corps Senegal. Her passion lies in generating and utilizing evidence to improve services and health outcomes for communities across the world. Ms. Rumbold has additional experience in Bangladesh and Botswana. She holds an MPH from The George Washington University’s Milken Institute of Public Health focused on design, monitoring, and evaluation in global health and Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Biochemistry, Cell, and Molecular Biology from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
