Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Climate-Related Financial Risk
EnCompass is committed to confronting the climate crisis by tracking and reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across its operations. As a start, we have accounted for our gas emissions in line with the science-based targets established by the Paris Agreement for 2022. We are in the process of developing our greenhouse gas reduction goals, and will plan to establish near- and long-term emissions reduction targets by the end of 2023. We will continue to work towards obtaining approval of these targets and in the future publicly disclosing through CDP. Read the EnCompass GHG Summary Report here

Rule of Law / Justice Sector Expert, Short Term Consultant
The Ukraine Monitoring and Learning Support (UMLS) Activity requires support for the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities in the UMLS work plan. This consultant will play a key role on an upcoming evaluation of a Rule of Law Program in Ukraine and should possess good knowledge and understanding of the justice sector in Ukraine, Ukraine’s development context, and reforms agenda. The consultant must have established relationships with key stakeholders and actors in the justice sector and experience with similar evaluations. Assigned tasks will be aligned to consultant expertise and availability.

Evaluation Specialist, Short Term Consultant
The Ukraine Monitoring and Learning Support (UMLS) Activity requires support for the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities in the UMLS work plan.
