Jeanie Greenwell, Chief Financial Officer at EnCompass, is a strategic financial leader with two decades of government contracting experience.  She has substantial capability in implementing robust financial controls and processes that enhance project execution, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Before joining EnCompass, Ms. Greenwell was CFO of a nonprofit research organization where she led the financial and administrative functions, from developing the financial strategy to long-term financial planning, forecasting, and financial risk management.

Ms. Greenwell holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
