Associate Director of Talent Acquisition

Aida Rageai is EnCompass’ Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, leading and developing the talent acquisition team she established over 5 years ago. With a career spanning over 20 years in international development and talent acquisition, she has a deep expertise in this field and is AIRS certified, including DEI Recruiting. She is also experienced as an advisor in Middle East/North Africa socio-political and cultural awareness and norms, earning a Senior Civilian Service Medal from the Department of Defense while serving in-country in this capacity as a Special Civilian Advisor to U.S. Army Military Police Command and as Personal Advisor to several U.S. Commanding Generals.

Ms. Rageai’s expertise in building, developing, and leading recruiting departments encompasses full life-cycle corporate and proposal recruitment, OFCCP compliance, personnel training and management, employer USCIS compliance, HR, employee relations, and talent acquisition processes, methods, and strategy. Having previously held a clearance, she is certified in Arabic as a Critical Language. She is also native bilingual in English and Arabic, including MSA, Libyan, Iraqi, and Levantine dialects.

She holds a BA in International Relations, with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa, from Kent State University. Ms. Rageai grew up in North Africa, the United States, and Europe and has worked in Iraq, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, and Jordan.
