In its aim to end global hunger, the World Food Programme (WFP) is striving to plan and commission independent, credible and useful evaluation evidence across the organization. With this in mind, WFP asked EnCompass to co-design and implement a comprehensive learning programme to build the capacity of all of its staff in evaluation principles and management. The Evaluation Learning Programme (EvalPro) targets all staff with the skills and knowledge they require to engage with or manage evaluations.
