The World Bank provides a number of resources through which staff members can address their concerns and grievances. EnCompass worked with a variety of Internal Justice System (IJS) offices — Ombudsman, Ethics and Business Conduct, Mediation, Appeals Committee, and Administrative Tribunal — to develop evaluation systems, conduct evaluations, and analyze exit interview data. EnCompass solicited feedback from World Bank staff and managers who have used IJS services in order to improve and meet the needs of the World Bank Group community better. The feedback gathered from IJS clients helped IJS offices gauge quality of their services and assess the need for program changes or improvements.
