Client type: International Organizations

Key topics: Health, Leadership and Management Development, Learning and Capacity Strengthening

Related Country(ies):

Region: Global

As an extension of a multi-year global learning program to augment the World Bank’s HIV in the Workplace efforts, EnCompass developed a six-module e-learning solution that served as a resource for HIV advocates trained in face-to-face workshops by EnCompass, and as orientation and training for those HIV advocates new to this role. The highly participatory and dynamic course covers topics including the role of the HIV/AIDS Task Team Leader, care and support for people living with HIV, stigma, and discrimination. This e-learning course is still in use at the World Bank, and  EnCompass was brought back to develop a seventh module focused on managers and their responsibilities in a workplace with HIV.
