Through the ADVANTAGE IDIQ, USAID engaged EnCompass to design training on Integrating Gender-Based Violence Prevention and Response across Sectors course. This blended program engages participants at intervals over a 4-month period. It includes virtual and face-to-face components, as well as practicum (action learning) activities and a mentoring program. Modules address integrating gender-based violence prevention in programming for agriculture, conflict-affected environments, health, education, energy and infrastructure, and rule of law. Participants then form a community of practice to provide ongoing support.

EnCompass’ facilitation team continues to adapt and deliver this course at USAID missions around the world.
