EnCompass designed and delivered a 2-day team building retreat focused on strategic planning and team building to support staff in USAID’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) to define goals and linking OSDBU operations to the overall mission of USAID. EnCompass conducted a series of individual interviews and focus group sessions, followed by a staff survey/assessment to inform the design of retreat activities.
After the team building retreat, EnCompass developed a report recommending possible follow-on activities to further OSDBU’s strategic planning and team-building efforts.
