USAID’s Energy II IDIQ aims to address the global demand for and use of modern energy services by fostering sustainable energy development. Work under this contract includes technical assistance and capacity building to manage the multifaceted elements of improved energy sector performance and a stronger enabling environment for private sector investment—legal, regulatory, policy, governance, operational, and other components. EnCompass is lending its expertise in gender equality and social inclusion through technical support for these efforts as a subcontractor to DT Global, Inc.
