EnCompass, in partnership with our subcontractors Bixal and Knowledge Partners, is leading the Designing Effective eVidence-Based Engagement and Learning for Organizational Performance (DEVELOP) contract for USAID’s Center for Education. The DEVELOP team will serve as thought partners for this new center for excellence within USAID’s Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation. Over 5 years, we will provide organizational development, professional development, and integrated communications and knowledge management services to strengthen USAID’s leadership in the education sector. DEVELOP also includes managing two knowledge portals—Marketlinks, for the Center for Economics and Market Development, and EducationLinks, where our team for the USAID Data and Evidence for Education Programs (DEEP) activity has been a contributor since 2018.

The scope of this project includes an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion and our team is excited to be blending our expertise with USAID’s to catalyze and sustain an organizational learning and improvement process that helps staff work smarter, not harder, in their efforts to move the dial on education outcomes, and to capture and share evidence for improved education policy and programming.
