This program aimed to strengthen the ability of community groups, NGOs, and the Government of Albania to improve anti-trafficking prevention programs, as well as reintegrate survivors of trafficking and prevent re-trafficking. As a subcontractor to Creative Associates International, Inc., EnCompass designed and facilitated the project launch and three annual conferences with key stakeholders and conducted a participatory evaluation of the work nationwide. In the last three years of the project, EnCompass’ role was expanded to include training, coaching, and capacity building in monitoring and evaluation. Two training workshops were conducted with key partners to establish a management information system and ongoing coaching used to support implementation of the system to improve program management and planning.
