In 2010, EnCompass designed and facilitated an off-site retreat for USAID/Armenia mission staff that focused on effective management practices, teamwork, administrative streamlining, program processes, and communications. In advance of the retreat, EnCompass conducted an online staff survey and group and individual interviews with stakeholders and participants to inform the design.
In a second project in 2013, EnCompass designed and facilitated a two-day all staff retreat for the staff at the USAID/Armenia Mission. The goal was to forge consensus around a new strategic direction, engage in implementing operational changes, and prepare action plans. Retreat design was based on results of an online survey and individual interviews. After the retreat, EnCompass provided a summary report and follow-on coaching to key staff and teams over a 6-month period.
