EnCompass was awarded the World Health Organization (WHO) Evaluation Services Long-Term Agreement (LTA) and is part of a pre-selected pool of organizations eligible to bid on work to support the WHO Evaluation Office.

The mission of the WHO Evaluation Office is to support the Organization to achieve its strategic objectives and contribute to improving public health conditions and health outcomes globally. It helps advance performance and emphasizes results accountability by examining evidence of WHO contributions in different countries and sectors, assessing their strategic relevance and effectiveness in addressing national or sectoral public health challenges, and offering suggestions for further improvements.

Under this LTA, EnCompass will provide a variety of services—evaluations, assessments, reviews and related assignments–-in line with the approved biennial evaluation work plan, and will support other ad hoc requests received by the Evaluation Office.
