EnCompass developed multiple e-Learning programs to strengthen capacity at the International Finance Corporation. One of these programs used interactive case studies to teach advisory services staff about legal issues that affect their work. Participants obtained a certificate upon completing the course. 
EnCompass also designed e-Learning courses to educate employees about the organization’s due diligence and code of professional ethics, as well as to train staff on sustainability investment promotion, and internal anti-money laundering processes and measures to combat the financing of terrorism.
