"Baking Quality into Virtual Training" with Nina Talley

April 12, 2016

While attending the Learning Solutions Conference in Orlando, our Instructional Technology Specialist Nina Talley took some time out to talk with Noel Wurst for an episode of his podcast "SkyTap". As Noel explains:

"We talk all the time about the real cost of poor quality software making it to production, but what about the equally negative impact that poor quality can have in the delivery of virtual training? Nina sat down with us to share some actions that can—and should—be taken before your next virtual class begins in order prevent the pitfalls that can negatively impact learners’ experience or even your business as a whole."

You can listen to the full interview (or read the transcript) here: https://www.skytap.com/blog/baking-quality-into-virtual-training-podcast/

The show was also recently added to iTunes Podcasts, so you can also find it there now, by simply searching for "Skytap".
