New Directions for Evaluation journal cover

We are pleased to share a recent chapter from the New Directions for Evaluation journal, written by EnCompass CEO/CFO Tessie Catsambas!

This chapter, entitled “Facilitating Evaluation to Lead Meaningful Change”, explores the significant overlap between evaluator and facilitator competencies, and argues that:

While attending the Learning Solutions Conference in Orlando, our Instructional Technology Specialist Nina Talley took some time out to talk with Noel Wurst for an episode of his podcast "SkyTap". As Noel explains:

On Monday, March 21, EnCompass CEO/CFO Tessie Catsambas and President Sherry Rockey joined a breakfast meeting with the new USAID Administrator Gayle Smith. The breakfast was organized by the Professional Services Council’s Council of International Development Companies.  The Administrator shared her intention to continue on a steady path of implementing her predecessor’s initiatives and policies including climate change, humanitarian policy, Power Africa, and Global Health Security. She also talked about aligning USAID’s portfolio with the Sustainable Development Goals, and pursuing strong public-private partnerships to achieve them. Sherry Rockey, EnCompass' New President

EnCompass is pleased to announce a change in its senior leadership team, reflecting the organization’s continued growth and development as an innovator and thought leader in the international community. As 2016 begins, Tessie Tzavaras Catsambas is now CEO/CFO, and Sherry Rockey has taken the role of president, after serving as chief operating officer.

The change reflects a new phase of EnCompass’ life as a company with expanding markets, a growing staff and consultant team in more countries than ever, a broadened client base, and exciting new technical challenges.
