EnCompass is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the USAID PPL Monitoring and Evaluation (EVAL-ME) IDIQ.
As the largest small business set-aside in USAID history, this five year EVAL-ME contract will support USAID’s goal of providing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) technical and advisory services for USAID’s Bureau of Policy, Planning and Learning, Office of Learning, Evaluation, and Research (USAID/PPL/LER).
With deep expertise in all aspects of M&E, the EnCompass team is poised to support performance and impact evaluations, M&E capacity building, and performance monitoring activities at Mission, Bureau, and Agency-wide levels. The consortium includes four core international partners:
- JBS International
- University Research Co., LLC (URC)
- Urban Institute.
In addition to core international partners, the team also includes anchor partners in every region of the world and a vast network of country-level partners and consultants who are ready to hit the ground running in support of USAID’s M&E goals.
Dr. Lynne Miller Franco, Vice President of Technical Assistance and Evaluation, remarked, “Our team’s deep subject matter expertise, innovative approach to M&E, and extensive geographic reach uniquely position us to support USAID in meeting its development goals. We look forward to partnering with them in this initiative.”
