EnCompass is pleased to announce an exciting new role! In affiliation with Claremont Graduate University (CGU), EnCompass has assumed responsibility for managing, coordinating and delivering The Evaluators’ Institute (TEI), an internationally recognized and respected provider of high quality evaluation instruction, which is delivered through a curriculum that emphasizes practical relevance for practicing evaluators.

EnCompass brings over 15 years of experience in developing and delivering evaluation capacity building programs to the US government, NGO and private sector organizations around the world. The EnCompass TEI team is led by Beeta Tahmassebi, Director of Operations. Working with her are TEI Development Manager Paul Thomas, who oversees outreach and communications, as well as strategic development, and Alex Fernandez, TEI Program Coordinator, who manages program logistics, faculty support, and participant registration. The EnCompass team will work closely with a team from CGU led by Dr. Tarek Azzam who will oversee TEI’s certificate programs and who will work with EnCompass on the strategic development of the TEI brand.

TEI is pleased to offer courses in the Los Angeles area from January 9-14, 2017.  Shortly thereafter, TEI will make its way to Washington DC, with deliveries in March and July 2017. To learn more about the exciting courses and how to work toward a professional certification, please contact us at TEI@cgu.edu or visit the current website at (https://tei.cgu.edu/) where you can register for the January offering or learn more about the faculty, the courses and the different certification programs available.

We are very enthusiastic about the future of TEI and look forward to working with CGU staff and TEI faculty and participants to promote and deliver this top-notch evaluation certification program to professionals around the world.
