On July 25, at 9 a.m. EDT, EnCompass’ Vice President of Technical Assistance and Evaluation, Lynne Franco, will moderate a webinar hosted by the USAID ASSIST project. The webinar, “Reducing preventable maternal, newborn, and child deaths at scale by improving care effectiveness and efficiency,” is part of a series that discusses results of the ASSIST project.
The event will feature experts Nigel Livesley, ASSIST Regional Director for South Asia, and Tamar Chitashvili, ASSIST Senior Quality Improvement Advisor for Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH). Livesley and Chitashvili will speak about efforts and results in strengthening MNCH systems in different regions and how they envision extending the project’s impact. USAID’s Senior Medical Advisor for the Office of Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition, Troy Jacobs, will provide commentary.
