USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance has awarded EnCompass the prime role supporting its Office of Program, Policy and Management through the Learning, Development and Training Support project.

USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA) has awarded EnCompass the prime role supporting its Office of Program, Policy and Management (PPM) through the Learning, Development and Training Support project. The goal of this project, a DCHA Learning and Development IDIQ task order, is to strengthen organizational effectiveness and capacity of DCHA staff to lead and manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of program activities worldwide.

EnCompass will work with partners MSI and Devis throughout the 4-year contract to design and deliver organizational and professional development activities, including blended learning, organizational change support, and performance management support. We are delighted to expand our capacity-strengthening work with DCHA, building on our contract to manage the Generate Results within Our Work (GROW) activity with the Democracy, Human Rights and Governance Center.
