USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA) has awarded EnCompass the prime role supporting its Office of Program, Policy and Management through the Learning, Development, and Training Support contract. The goal of this DCHA Learning and Development IDIQ task order is to strengthen organizational effectiveness and DCHA staff capacity to lead and manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of program activities around the world.

EnCompass will work with partners MSI and Devis throughout the 4-year contract to design and deliver organizational and professional development activities, including blended learning, organizational change support, and performance management support. We are delighted to expand our capacity-strengthening work with DCHA, building on our contract to manage the Generate Results within Our Work (GROW) activity with the Democracy, Human Rights and Governance Center.
