We are thrilled to announce Jeanie Greenwell has joined EnCompass as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO)!
In this leadership role, Jeanie is responsible for developing and implementing the financial activities of the company, guiding its financial strategy, planning, and reporting and maintaining fiscal stability. She plays a central role in collaborating with the rest of the Executive Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Jeanie also leads all aspects of budget and finance operations for the company in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, financial management techniques, and practices appropriate within our industry.
Jeanie brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and administration and has a proven record in financial management and strategic leadership within the government contracting sector. Prior to joining EnCompass, Jeanie served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Westat, and CFO at Universities Space Research Association (USRA). Jeanie’s expertise in driving financial performance, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering cross-functional collaboration will enhance EnCompass’ organizational efficiency and our ability to continue delivering our services with excellence as we grow.
