EnCompass is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the USAID Monitoring and Evaluation (EVAL-ME) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The USAID EVAL-ME IDIQ is the largest small business set-aside in the Agency’s history. This 5-year contract will provide monitoring and evaluation (M&E) technical and advisory services for the Bureau of Policy, Planning, and Learning, Office of Learning, Evaluation, and Research (USAID/PPL/LER).
With deep expertise in all aspects of M&E, the EnCompass team will support performance and impact evaluations, M&E capacity building, and performance monitoring activities at USAID Mission, Bureau, and Agency-wide levels.
Our consortium includes four international partners: IPSOS, JBS International, University Research Co., LLC, and Urban Institute. Our team also includes anchor partners in every region of the world and a vast network of country-level partners and consultants who are ready to support USAID’s M&E goals.
Dr. Lynne Miller Franco, Vice President of Technical Assistance and Evaluation, remarked, “Our team’s deep subject-matter expertise, innovative approach to M&E, and extensive geographic reach uniquely position us to support USAID in meeting its development goals. We look forward to partnering with them in this initiative.”
