Two decades of scientific research suggest important concepts and applications that can be used to improve evaluators’ practice, careers, and personal lives. In this two-module course, participants will learn about the nine key building blocks of well-being and positive functioning, and how to apply them as a powerful tool in your professional toolkit. Whether you are an evaluator, a senior manager, or a training designer, learning the principles and practices of positive psychology will not only help you to find more meaning in your own work, but it will also help you to bring out the best in others.
The course is delivered in two virtual instructor-led modules. Classes will take place online via Zoom. Participants who successfully complete both modules will receive certificates of completion at the end of the course. Read more about each of the modules below.
