Wendy Sherwin Swire, MA, PCC is a highly experienced leadership development professional with more than 25 years of experience. Ms. Swire works with U.S. and global leaders and teams to maximize workplace performance and results through executive coaching, facilitation, training, strategic team-building, Neuroleadership consulting, and dispute resolution. She has taught leadership throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. She is the co-author of Anytime Coaching: Unleashing Employee Performance, which has been as an essential coaching guide to numerous federal agencies and international organizations.

Ms. Swire is certified in Polarity Systems Thinking and has applied this model in her leadership development, executive coaching, and Neuroleadership work. She has presented and facilitated training on the application of neuroscience to diverse audiences, from Fortune 100 senior executive teams to congressional staff members. She is certified in numerous other leadership development tools, such as Leadership Circles, Conflict Dynamics Profile, MBTi, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence EQi-2.0, Positive Neuroplasticity, and Conversational Intelligence®.

Ms. Swire graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program, where she now serves as an Adjunct Faculty coach assessor. She earned her Professional Coaching Certificate from the International Coaching Federation in 2009 and has coached with more than 2,000 senior leaders and managers. She is also the founder and leader of the DC Neuroleadership Group. She has a Master’s Degree in International Economics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts/Harvard University) and a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
