Mary Pat Selvaggio

Mary Pat Selvaggio, Khulisa Management Services’ Director of Health, has worked in international public health since the 1990s, and currently leads Khulisa’s M&E health practice. She has in-depth M&E expertise around: program monitoring (i.e. designing results frameworks, indicators, data management systems/processes); evaluation (i.e. baseline/mid-term/final project evaluations, process evaluations, outcome evaluations, population surveys); performance audits, including data quality audits in more than 20 countries in Africa and Asia, in the health and education sectors; and learning for program design and quality improvement.

Prior to joining Khulisa, Ms. Selvaggio was a Foreign Service Officer with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Swaziland, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe and Country Director in South Africa and Swaziland for the Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Ms. Selvaggio holds an MPH and currently resides in Johannesburg, South Africa.
