Kris Eale
Mr. Kris Essosola Eale is the founder of ConsultHuntLink group (CHL group). Trained as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation practitioner, he specializes in public health (MPH).
Mr. Essosola Eale is a Senior Public Health Manager and leads the design and implementation of health research and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) projects throughout Africa with a focus on data quality reviews and evaluations.
He has worked in over 15 countries throughout Africa and the Caribbean. His expertise is in program/outcome evaluations and performance audits, including data quality audits and reviews in the health, agriculture, social development, and energy sectors. He also has expertise in technical support for program implementation, including activities-related health systems strengthening, epidemiologic surveillance, and disease control. He has extensive experience with performance monitoring and the development of results, indicators, and data management systems (including recording and reporting tools, data quality reviews, and performance reporting). He also has experience with M&E capacity building, including training program staff based on evaluation findings to strengthen data management systems.
Since 2015, Mr. Essosola Eale has led or participated in more than 20 data quality assessments, most recently in Somalia for the Global Fund and in Nigeria for two operational studies for USAID-funded Strategic HIV/AIDS Response Program (SHARP) Task Order 2. He has experience recruiting, training, and managing research and DQA teams in the field, including in hostile environments such as Haiti and Somalia.
Mr. Essosola Eale is fluent in French and English. He is currently a PhD fellow in Health Information Science and Teaching Assistance of “Health Program Evaluation” at Western University, Faculty of Health Sciences, in Ontario, Canada.
