
Zachariah Falconer-Stout

Zachariah Falconer-Stout supports EnCompass’ evaluation work, with an emphasis on quantitative analysis and managing large data collection operations. He has worked domestically and internationally in Eastern Europe and Southern Africa implementing and evaluating education and youth development projects, and has developed several classroom observation tools for both formative and summative assessment. He has additional research experience in democratization and governance, and human rights issues.
Mr. Falconer-Stout holds an MA with highest honors in International Political Economy from Central European University in Budapest, and is also a Senior Fellow with Humanity In Action. He hails from Colorado, and is based in the town of Fraser at an elevation of 8800 feet.
