Editing and Product Development Associate
Rachel Tobin is EnCompass’ Editing and Product Development Associate. She brings over 6 years of experience providing support for the management and implementation of diverse U.S. government-funded programs in the global development sector. Her program management portfolio spans an array of technical areas: maternal and newborn health, health financing, substance abuse, and HIV/AIDS. She is a skilled writer and editor, and is passionate about presenting programmatic successes in an accessible manner that is responsive to both client and audience. In her previous role as a Senior Program Officer for University Research Co., LLC, Ms. Tobin served as the primary backstop for several USAID-funded programs based in Cambodia, including the Quality Health Services, Social Health Protection, and HIV Innovate and Evaluate projects.
Ms. Tobin holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Seton Hall University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Global Studies and International Relations from Northeastern University
