Rachel Lubitz
Learning Specialist, GROW
Rachel Lubitz is a Learning Specialist supporting the Generate Results within Our Work (GROW) Activity for USAID’s DRG Center. She has more than 10 years of experience in program management, education, gender equity, and youth development. Prior to joining EnCompass, she served as an Education Manager for a Yuba Watershed conservation nonprofit. She also served in AmeriCorps for more than 4 years as an Education Coordinator, building on her passion for education after being awarded the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Research Fellowship, where she conducted an impact assessment of ESL instructional efforts for primary school students in Northern Ghana. Ms. Lubitz holds an MA from the School for International Training, where she focused her thesis and field research on women’s land tenure rights in Gujarat, India, as well as a BA in International Affairs and Anthropology from Florida State University.
