Maryna Rudenko
GESI and Learning Specialist, Ukraine Monitoring and Learning Support Contract
Maryna Rudenko is the Gender Analyst and Project Manager for the USAID Monitoring and Learning Support Activity in Ukraine. She has 17 years’ experience supporting gender mainstreaming, civic engagement, and civil society development in Ukraine. She is experienced in international program management and capacity building for civil society organizations, particularly related to participation in government decision making, government oversight, anticorruption and accountability activities, and promotion of the inclusion of vulnerable groups including women, internally displaced persons, and persons with disabilities. She previously was a manager at the UN Women. She holds an MA and a BA in Political Science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. She is a native Ukrainian speaker and is fluent in English and Russian.
