Maggie Montgomery is a Project Coordinator supporting USAID’s Designing Effective eVidence-Based Engagement and Learning for Organizational Performance (DEVELOP) contract. Prior to joining EnCompass, she spent 3 years in international program management in international student exchange programs, where she worked with universities in Latin America and southern Europe to reach their internationalization goals. She also completed a fellowship at UNESCO’s office in Santiago, Chile, where she supported projects in global citizenship education and education for democracy and human rights in Latin America and the Caribbean. Her research and professional experiences have focused on capacity building within international education, civic and citizenship education, global citizenship education, and international exchange programs.
She holds an MA in International Education from the George Washington University and a BS in Media, Culture, and Communication, with a minor in Spanish, from New York University.
