Senior Logistics Specialist
Mike Mikolaitis has over 20 years’ experience in the non-governmental organization (NGO), government, and private sectors. He is the Project Manager for the USAID New Employee Orientation (NEO) and the Supervisors’ Certification Course (SCC) Coaching Program, and has helped coordinate orientations for newly-hired USAID Foreign Service Officers. He has also served as a facilitator for Contracting Trainings in Thailand. His background is in recruitment, international development, and project management. Mr. Mikolaitis has managed and worked with national and international youth programs and has published articles relating to community development. He served as a Senior District Executive with the Boy Scouts of America and as a Small Enterprise Development/NGO Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Lithuania. He worked at Peace Corps Headquarters as a Management and Program Analyst and was later employed as a Human Resources Consultant at Avue Technologies Corporation. Mr. Mikolaitis holds an MA in International Studies from Old Dominion University.
