Project Manager II, GROW
Lauren Godfrey is EnCompass’ Project Manager II for USAID/DCHA's GROW activity. Ms. Godfrey brings expertise in gender and social inclusion, organizational development, training and facilitation, monitoring and evaluation, and project management. Most recently, Ms. Godfrey served as a Program Officer at World Learning, working on a USAID-funded, global grantmaking mechanism that provided grants and capacity development technical assistance to service delivery and civil society organizations supporting vulnerable populations around the world. Ms. Godfrey also managed the Transforming Agency, Access, and Power (TAAP) Initative and co-wrote the TAAP Toolkit and Guide for Inclusive Development. She has designed and facilitated virtual and in-person trainings on diversity and inclusion and USAID rules and regulations. Ms. Godfrey has worked in Cambodia, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Jordan, Malawi, and Tanzania.
Ms. Godfrey holds Master of Development Practice from Emory University and a B.A. in International Relations from Syracuse University
