Komal Jobe, M. ED, PMP, is a strategic learning solutions leader with 20 years of hands on experience across several Federal Government Agencies, Non-Profit Organizations, and Private Sector. Ms. Jobe is highly skilled in designing and developing performance-based blended learning programs and workshops that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization Working directly with USAID global health sector leadership and staff, she currently oversees the management, design, delivery, and evaluation of the professional development portfolio and provides facilitation support in the U.S. and around the world with international project staff, in places such as Cambodia, Thailand, Malawi, and Israel. Prior to this, she served as the CEO/Director of Professional Development for Jobe Consulting Group, LLC, where she served as a learning solutions advisor to senior executives and provided strategic guidance within several federal agencies on learning and communication strategies, leadership and organization development and performance management.
Ms. Jobe holds a MA in Education and a BS in Mathematics from State University of New York at Albany, a Masters Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University. She is also a Senior Fellow of the Executive Potential Program, USDA Graduate School.
