Before EnCompass, Karmjeet Kaur worked for a contract research organization conducting patient-centered research for pharmaceutical companies. She studied global health and has always had an interest in international work; this is reflected in numerous international opportunities she has been a part of, including teaching in Thailand, and conducting health clinics in Zomba, Malawi and Spiti Valley in the Himalayas. Ms. Kaur also has experience with a variety of subject matters, including vaccinations, HIV/AIDS, and diabetes prevention. Ms. Kaur holds an MPH from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health and a BSc from Mercer. She speaks Hindi and Punjabi. Karmjeet is excited to apply her skills and experience across sectors in international development.
