Julia Wagner is a Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Advisor for the USAID-funded AIDSFree Project. She is based out of the John Snow International offices in Rosslyn, VA. Her experience includes creating data collection tools, conducting formative evaluations, providing capacity building and technical assistance to field-based partners, and leading community and youth engagement activities. Ms. Wagner previously worked as a District Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the DREAMS program in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. She also served with the Peace Corps in Namibia.
Ms. Wagner holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
