Jenny Menacho Agama

Jenny Menacho Agama, Capacity Development and Learning Specialist for the USAID Peru Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for Sustainability activity, has worked for 35 years on diverse programming in Latin America, including for USAID and the Peruvian government. An expert in designing and managing projects for rural communities, grassroots organizations, educational institutions, and local governments, she centers her work in gender equality, vulnerable populations, human rights, interculturality, and MEL. Ms. Menacho Agama holds a doctorate degree in Sustainability from the UNICEPES of Michoacan in Mexico. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Management from Pontificia University of Peru, where she’s been a professor for the last 15 years. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Quechua.
