Senior Learning Specialist

Jessica Lustbader is a Senior Learning Specialist for EnCompass’ Learning and Leadership Development team, working on instructional design, experiential learning, leadership development, coaching, and facilitation. Ms. Lustbader is certified by Gallup as an elite StrengthsFinder Coach and by the Coaches Training Institute as a Co-Active Leader. She holds a MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
