Indu Chelliah is a Technical Assistance & Evaluation Associate at EnCompass, where she supports a diverse portfolio of qualitative and quantitative evaluation projects. She enjoys using different types of evidence and thoughtful stakeholder engagement to inform program strategy and management.
Prior to joining EnCompass, Ms. Chelliah interned with the Gates Foundation’s malaria team to support a vivax malaria investment strategy; studied drivers of corneal donation across South Asia with the nonprofit SightLife; and contributed to qualitative evaluation projects with Amaltas Consulting in India, among other experiences. She has also studied public health challenges in Colombia, Argentina, and South Africa.
Ms. Chelliah holds a M.S. in Global Health & Population from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She is a native English speaker, with working proficiency in Spanish and limited working proficiency in Hindi.
