Deputy Chief of Party for USAID’s Global Waters CKM
Hailey Keuck is Deputy Chief of Party for USAID’s Global Waters Communications and Knowledge Management II Program. She is a knowledge management and organizational learning specialist with 12 years of experience delivering services to achieve social impact, particularly in developing country contexts. Ms. Keuck brings extensive experience working with a variety of USAID Missions, Bureaus, and Independent Offices to develop knowledge management and engagement strategies that identify who needs what information, when, and in what format. She works with clients to ensure both implicit and explicit knowledge is captured, shared, and used by internal and external stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive learning. Ms. Keuck has managed and curated content for internal and public USAID websites, facilitated a community of practice with 500+ staff to encourage peer-to-peer learning, and designed and executed in-person and virtual events that encouraged connections and knowledge sharing.
Ms. Keuck holds an MA in international development from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a BA in anthropology and history from the College of Idaho. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Panama and has lived, worked, and traveled extensively in Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa.
