Gayatri Malhotra is a MEL Specialist, supporting EnCompass’ work on the USAID Transform: Primary Health Care project in Ethiopia. Prior to joining EnCompass, Ms. Malhotra worked with EngenderHealth on their Business Development and Communications teams, and supported the USAID-funded Fistula Care Plus project by providing grant management support, conducting research, and designing visual content. She has experience with assessments and impact evaluations for CSR projects, mixed methods gender research, and social media campaigns in India.
Ms. Malhotra holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health Epidemiology and Disease Control from The George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. Ms. Malhotra is passionate about breaking down gender stereotypes that prevent women and girls from achieving their full potential, and empowering women and girls through education and equitable access to health services.
