Capacity Development and Learning Specialist, USAID/Peru MELS
Eva Miranda is a Capacity Development and Learning Specialist for the USAID Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for Sustainability (MELS) Activity in Peru. Ms. Miranda is an expert in management (including design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and systematization) of programs and projects related to institutional and individual capacity development using the results approach. Ms. Miranda is a Senior Professor in the Medicine School of UNMSM-Perú in the areas of educational innovation, capacity building in university teaching, virtual learning, and research. She is the author of several publications on methodological aspects of adult education, distance education, and learning guides. Ms. Miranda has previous experience working on USAID projects, and holds a master’s degree from Universidad de Lima in Educational Management.
