
Caroline Zwicker
Associate Director for L&LD and Talent Professional Development
Caroline "Carrie" Zwicker is the Associate Director for Learning and Leadership Development and Talent Development. She has deep expertise in learning strategy and instructional design based on adult learning principles and methodologies for virtual, in-person, and hybrid settings. She approaches learning from a whole systems perspective and designs, develops, and delivers a mix of capacity building, performance improvement, and human development programs for international organization personnel working on complex international development issues. Throughout her career, she has designed, delivered, and facilitated learning events for large and small international and national organizations on the global, regional, and local levels. She brings technical expertise in supervision, management and leadership, organizational development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, reproductive, maternal, and child health, health systems strengthening, and gender. Ms. Zwicker served as a Peace Corps Health Volunteer in Chad. She holds an MA in International Development with an emphasis on adult education and training from American University.
