Senior Learning Adviser
Caroline "Carrie" Zwicker is a Senior Learning Adviser with expertise in learning strategy and instructional design based on adult learning principles and methodologies in face-to-face and online settings. She approaches learning from a whole systems perspective and designs, develops and delivers a mix of capacity building, performance improvement, and human development programs for international organization personnel working on complex international development issues. Throughout her career, she has designed and delivered learning events for large and small international and national organizations on the global, regional and local levels. She is also an experienced facilitator for classroom and virtual learning. She brings additional expertise in diversity and inclusion, reproductive, maternal and child health, health systems strengthening, gender, and HIV/AIDs. Ms. Zwicker served as a Peace Corps Health Volunteer in Chad. She holds an MA in International Development with an emphasis on adult education and training from American University.
