Carolina Kodlys
MEL Specialist II
Carolina Koldys has more than 10 years of experience designing and implementing performance monitoring systems, implementing performance evaluation projects, and guiding organizations in building their learning agendas and systems. She previously served as Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager for Global Fund for Children where she oversaw the Fund’s MEL efforts, including strengthening grantees’ capacity around MEL. As the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager for Latin America for Lutheran World Relief, Ms. Koldys was responsible for improving the M&E capacity in the region and ensuring compliance regarding M&E commitments to donors. She has worked as a consultant for the International Labour Organization, International Finance Corporation, and Inter-American Development Bank.
Ms. Koldys holds a Master’s degree in business administration with focus on international economics from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad de Lima in Peru. She also has postgraduate degrees in MEL from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.
