Carissa Hernandes
Project Coordinator
Carissa Hernandes is a Project Coordinator for the Technical Assistance and Evaluation team, primarily supporting the USAID Transform: Primary Health Care project in Ethiopia. Before joining EnCompass, Ms. Hernandes supported international professional exchanges funded by the U.S. Department of State. She also served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Cambodia as an English Teacher and Teacher Trainer from 2016 to 2018. Her professional interests include facilitation, monitoring and evaluation, and conflict resolution. Ms. Hernandes received an MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University and a BA in International Relations from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She speaks Khmer and Spanish.
