<h4>Senior Talent Acquisition Manager</h4>
Aida Rageai is EnCompass’ Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, leading the talent acquisition team. She is an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter with 20 years of experience as a senior recruiting specialist, manager, and linguist. Ms. Rageai’s expertise includes building and management of recruiting departments, international recruitment, full life-cycle corporate and proposal recruitment, personnel training and management, human resources, employee relations, and development and management of recruitment processes and methods.
Ms. Rageai is native bilingual in English and Modern Standard Arabic, including Libyan, Iraqi, and Levantine dialects. She also speaks German fluently. Ms. Rageai previously served as Civilian Advisor and CAT II Arabic Linguist, attached to the U.S. Military Police Command Element in Baghdad, Iraq, where she was awarded the Department of the Army’s Senior Civilian Service Medal for her work. Returning to her roots in international development, Ms. Rageai led the recruiting department at PADCO, before moving into a special civilian staff assignment. She subsequently served as the Personal Advisor to four Commanding Generals of the U.S. Military’s Civilian Police Assistance Training Team under MNSTC-I in Baghdad. After moving back to the U.S., Ms. Rageai worked for various private firms and a corporate immigration law firm in talent acquisition and international recruitment.
Ms. Rageai specializes in diversity, inclusion, culture, and gender issues in international recruiting, as well as global mobility, and training recruiters. She holds a B.A. in International Relations, with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa, from Kent State University. Ms. Rageai grew up in North Africa, the U.S., and Europe, and has spent time as a professional working in Madagascar, Burkina Faso, and Iraq.
