Alexandra Fernandez Jefferson has been involved in leadership training and professional development work for more than 10 years. Mrs. Fernandez Jefferson has managed events from 20 to 5000 attendees, all over the United States. Prior to joining EnCompass, she was an Operations Supervisor for The Evaluators’ Institute at The George Washington University (GWU), and she was a Program Coordinator for Claremont Graduate University (CGU).
She has extensive, hands-on experience with all aspects of non-profit and academic event conference programming, including budget and timeline development, site selection, vendor and speaker management, onsite coordination and overall production. Her previous experience as a Special Assistant/Forum coordinator to an education and events manager for a nonprofit association led to a passion for leadership training, conference programming, initiatives and services that impact professionals and organizations.
She is a native of New Jersey and college graduate from Rutgers University.
